When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, suburb, and optionally your email address, job details and any photos you choose to upload. When you call us we record the details needed to quote and schedule the work.
To prepare your quote, to contact you about it, to complete the work, and to invoice you. Where a council application or an insurance claim is involved, relevant details are provided to those parties with your knowledge.
Nobody, other than what is necessary to do the job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to third party marketers. Our customer management system and website hosting are provided by service providers who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
Quote and job records are retained for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes, generally seven years, then deleted.
This website uses cookies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
We sometimes photograph completed work for our website and social media. These never include identifying details such as street numbers or your name. If you would prefer we did not photograph your job, tell the crew on the day and we will not.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by phoning 0412 666 682 or using the contact form. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
