Tree work is high risk. If something goes wrong on an uninsured job in your yard, the liability does not stay with the contractor.

Certification is only useful if it is current. Ours is renewed on schedule, not left to lapse.
Practical arboriculture through to diploma level assessment. Level 5 is what council requires on formal vegetation reports.
Chainsaw operation and fell small tree levels 1 and 2, with ongoing competency training.
Elevated work platform operation plus aerial rescue training, so a climber in trouble can actually be recovered.
Current first aid and CPR across the crew, with a kit on every vehicle.
Construction induction and working with children checks for school, childcare and body corporate sites.
Full CM3 induction for insurance works, including the reporting insurers require.

Hazards identified and controls agreed on site, in writing, before works commence.
The documented method for the specific job, not a generic template pulled off the internet.
Drop zones established, exclusion areas coned, neighbours and residents notified where required.
Site inspected on completion, and documentation retained and available to you or your insurer.
Certificates of currency, accreditation documents and crew tickets are available on request for any job. Body corporates, insurers and commercial clients normally want these upfront, so just ask and we will send them with the quote.
